Why a measurement plan?
Most companies collect mountains of data but lack a clear structure for what should be measured, why it's measured, and how it connects to business goals. The result: dashboards nobody acts on and KPIs that don't drive decisions.
A measurement plan creates order. It defines which data points are critical, how they should be collected, and who is responsible for acting on the results.
How I work
I facilitate workshops where we collectively break down business goals into measurable KPIs. Not more data points — the right data points. Every KPI should lead to an action.
Then I build a measurement plan that specifies: what's measured, where data is collected (GA4, CRM, advertising platforms), how it's reported, and which thresholds trigger action.
The measurement plan becomes the foundation for everything else — experimentation, CRO, and performance marketing all work better when everyone knows exactly what's measured and why.
